Teehee! I ordered my new MacBook Pro yesterday afternoon. I went for the 15.4-inch, 2.66 GHz model. The only change I made to it was to upgrade the hard drive to a 320 GB@7200 rpm.

I had been contemplating buying one for a while. My current laptop is starting to get angry at me, when I'm working on projects. Also, I'm down to my last few gigabytes on this laptop, with nothing left that can be deleted and/or moved to the external. I'd try to replace the hard drive, but that voids my AppleCare for no good reason. Since I recently used AppleCare to get a $1200 repair, I'm a little wary of ridding myself of it. When I mentioned buying a new laptop to my father, he expressed interest in my current laptop, so that sealed the deal. There's a bit of buyer's remorse, yes, but it'll be gone as soon as I see the big, beautiful box. And of course, the beautiful laptop inside.

The rest of the weekend was fairly eventful, as well. On Friday evening, Katelyn arrived in town! We took a quick run to Dartmouth Crossing, to get some food from my new favourite place, Wok Box. We then picked up Ben and went back to my place to eat and watch Dollhouse. It was a fun episode, but unfortunately low-rated. Afterwards, we went and checked out Reflections.

On Saturday, we were able to get to our 100th episode of Buffy. Fantastic episode. Unfortunately, we're really behind on Angel, so we're going to have to have a big marathon soon.

I think it's time for dinner. Is it wrong that I want Wok Box again? I don't think I will, though – I'm not particularly in the mood to drive to Dartmouth Crossing and I think they close early on Sundays, anyway.
