Who is this mysterious and stylish man?

It’s not uncommon for those writing about themselves to mention how very much they hate writing about themselves. Not me! I love writing about myself. There are few topics of discussion about which I simultaneously know so much and so little. It’s both easy and nerve-wracking.

I am a 21 year old gaytheist currently living in Halifax, NS, where I study public relations at Mount Saint Vincent University. Before studying PR, I spent three years at Dalhousie University, wishing I had made better life choices. I think it was the eighth lab report on the psychological effects of groups that finally caused me to completely change my educational program, even though I was thisclose to a Bachelor’s degree. Surprisingly, the familial disapproval was fairly low. I think my parents liked the idea that I’d be studying something that at least had a hope in Hell of securing me a job at some point.

So now it’s 2011 and I’m working on finishing up my first year at MSVU and looking forward to filling you all in on the random details of my life. I’ll try to include some valuable lessons and inspiring words, but there’s a good chance the majority of my posts will revolve around a new-to-me restaurant or an argument I’ve had with my boyfriend (you must always be on my side).

If all else fails, I’ll just make some stories up.
